Detailed Course Overview and Syllabus:
The program begins with a solid foundation in BPM principles and concepts. You’ll explore the Integrated BPM Method and techniques, understanding the critical success factors that determine whether process initiatives deliver lasting value. This overview establishes the framework for everything that follows.
Days two and three focus on process mapping and modelling using the BPMN 2.0 standard. You’ll learn to create accurate process models at both business and technical levels, master process discovery and documentation techniques, and understand collaboration and orchestration patterns. These skills enable you to map current-state processes and design effective future-state models.
The final two days develop your process analysis and redesign expertise. You’ll apply systematic analysis methods to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. The program covers proven redesign principles and patterns, performance measurement, target setting, and implementation planning including process automation readiness.
Upon completing all assessments, you’ll earn your Certificate in Business Process Management and possess the skills to lead BPM initiatives from initial documentation through to successful transformation.
