Workshop Facilitation Skills using JAD Course duration: 2 days Workshop facilitation is an essential business analysis skill. Joint Application Development (JAD) provides a structured set of information gathering and consensus building techniques that can be applied in an interactive workshop setting. In a workshop using JAD techniques the project team, system users and management work together to identify, define and agree on requirements under the guidance of a facilitator. The correct use of JAD techniques will reduce the time taken to gather and define requirements while improving the quality of the analysis. The success of a JAD-based workshop depends on the skill of the facilitator. This course will give you a thorough understanding of JAD techniques and an opportunity to actively develop your workshop facilitation skills.
