How to book and pay:

  • Complete the form below and submit to Viewpoint.  All fields are mandatory.  You can also download and print the form and fax the completed form to us at +27 11 706 5045.
  • The form caters for multiple delegates from the same company.
  • An acknowledgement and tax invoice will be prepared and emailed to you within 48 hours.
  • Payment is due on or before the first day of the course.
  • You may pay by bank deposit, direct transfer or cheque.  Cheques must be made in favour of Viewpoint Training.
